Shipping policy

All in stock products are shipped within 3-4 business days (Monday-Friday) via the service you select when placing your order. Once items are in the possession of the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Items will be shipped to the address on your order. Please, please make sure your address is correct. Shipping fees are nonrefundable if a package is returned for any reason.

Dyed-to-order yarns and kits ship in approx. 2-3 weeks. Once an order ships, items should arrive in approximately 3-10 business days.
