Shipping Policy

All in-stock products are shipped within 3-4 business days (Monday-Friday) via the service you select when placing your order. Once items are in the carrier's possession, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Items will be shipped to the address on your order. Please make sure your address is correct. Shipping fees are nonrefundable if a package is returned for any reason.

Dyed-to-order

Dyed-to-order yarns and kits ship in approx. 2-3 weeks. Once your order ships, items should arrive in approximately 3-10 business days.  

Returns and Refunds

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on items or gift cards. All sales are final.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
